I picked up this shirt the day before a group of us, including my girlfriend, set out to run the OC Mountain Traverse. 48 miles, 9000' gain. I knew it was going to be hot, low 90's after a very cool spring, so I wanted to wear a shirt that would protect me from the sun and keep me cool at the same time. Just wore it for a jog at the beach and it was great. Awesome shirt/hoody, very pleased with it. I originally ordered a medium but it was a bit too slim of a fit, I’m 5’7” 170lbs. Returned it for a large and it fits a little loose which I like.

This sun shirt / hoody is very light weight, has a thin silky like feel to it. The fit is a bit on the slender side. I'm 5'9" and weigh 180 lbs and a large fits me perfectly.
