I've owned Arcteryx, REI pants for rock climbing, but these are the best. Wear-resistant, stretchy, quick-drying, cool when hot, warm when cold. Great fit. Useful pockets in useful places. Terrific bang for the buck.

- Overall: I love these pants. I bought two pairs of these pants a year ago and I have worn them almost every day since. They are good everyday pants in general, but I do also use them for rock climbing and hiking occasionally. - Material: Very light, breathable, and stretchy. These are great summer pants, but they do okay in the cold as well....

These are my favorite pants. Perfect for everything...Hiking, mountain biking, travel, and every day use. I wear them in every temperature from freezing cold in Northern Wisconsin to hot Arizona days. I have them on right now and I love them.

I have I think, original Renegades with 2 drop ins, and 2 large zipped leg pockets, nylon which is better than polyester, a liitle baggy but great for travel. Then came Renegade without zipped leg pockets. Trimmer. I have 2, but I missed the zipped leg pockets for travel security. Then come Renegade Rock Pants! I have 2. Slim but not crazy tap...

Love these pants fit great. I’m 200lbs and 6’2. I wear about 34x36. Worn them hiking in the mountains here in Arizona. Haven’t tried them in the extreme cold.
